I first bought this curry at an Asian Market and only in recent years have I bought it online. The taste is simply fabulous--I make the mild version for my family with chicken, potatoes, onions, and carrots and they love it. The sauce is thick--more like a gravy than a thin curry of the sort most of us are familiar with. This fantastic curry is so good, I have also served it to guests and received rave reviews.
