What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from all major credit card companies: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and Shop Pay. We also accept payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, Vemo and Google Pay.
When payment will be captured
Payment will be captured at the time of successfully placing the order. If you need payment to be captured at the time of shipping, please contact our Customer Care by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My billing information is correct but you rejected my payment
Every transaction need to pass a series of security checks. The security checks are performed by our payment processor (Shopify). If your payment is rejected, please contact our Customer Care by emailing to email@example.com for further clarification.
Can you capture payment over phone or mail
For security reasons, we do not take orders/payment over phone. We also do not accept mail-in payment (Checks).
Is there any other fees except for product price and shipping?
In addition to product price and shipping, taxes will be added to the total of your order. Taxes is determined by shipped-to location. We currently collect taxes for orders shipped to UT.
