I've been using this Chinese hot mustard powder for decades. There's nothing else quite like it. I recently learned how to make Chinese spare ribs because NONE of the Chinese restaurants here in Somerset, KY, make them. Our local Asian store ran out of this mustard so I ordered from you. It came within the correct shipping time. I've been chowing on ribs, and it looks like I'll soon have to order more. Thanks for carrying this product. Now my ribs are properly finished!
