Return Policy

Our policies offer a 30-day return period upon your order delivery. If you return an order after 30 days since its delivery, unfortunately we do not accept your return and do not offer a refund. Exceptions to the 30-day return policy are noted below. Returned items must be unused and unopened; they must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team. Any returned items without a prior authorization will not be processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions to the 30-Day Return Policy

As an effort to preserve the food safety and ensure proper sanitation for every item that we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

- Any product missing UPC/Lot Code, Best Before Date

- Final sale items

- Items with less than 90 days shelf life when returned back to us

- Meltable products purchased during warm weather months (April-October). "Meltable" refers to all heat-sensitive products, including but not limited to chocolate, gummies, and select jelly- and wax-based products.

- Due to the wide range of personal preferences and food likes/dislikes, we do not offer returns, refunds or replacements for products that are not to your personal taste or liking.

    My products arrived damaged/defective/incorrect

    If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Snackathon Foods does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect, damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns due to packaging change.

    I change my mind (or bought the wrong products) and want to return

    Our policies offer a 30-day return period upon your order delivery. Please contact and request an authorization from Snackathon Foods before returning. Snackathon Foods does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. A restocking fee of minimum $7.99 or 15% (whichever greater) will be deducted from your order refund. The product(s) must arrive at our facility in New condition.

    Before Making a Return Request

    All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team. Any returned items without a prior authorization will not be processed.

    For any reason if you would like to cancel your order while order is still in transit, you will need to wait until you receive the shipment before making a return request. If you refuse delivery or do not pick up your package from your local final delivery facility, our Customer Service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.

    How to Make a Return

    Step 1: Contact our customer service at hello@SnackathonFoods.com to initiate a return request.

    *Note: Return items will not be processed, and no refund will be issued for those items returned without prior authorization from us.

    Return Responsibility

    You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

    We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you would like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

    Return Processing (if applicable)

    Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request. We will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes about 5-10 business days.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment (the processing time depends on your payment method). It may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. A minimum restocking fee of $7.99 or 15% of total order value, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your order refund when applicable.

    Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
