SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping for 48 contiguous states when the minimum threshold is met (exclusions applied, more information here)
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally at this point.

Do you ship to PO box?

Free/flat rate shipping to PO Box is limited. To qualify for free/flat rate shipping, you first provide a street address that serviced by USPS and a secondary PO Box address.

Where is my order shipping from?

Your order is shipped from our fulfillment center in Lakewood, WA.

Who will be delivering my order?

Currently we ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and OnTrac. Your carrier depends on geographic location.
* We are not responsible for shipments returned to us because USPS (postal service) does not serve your address. If you know that your address is not serviced by USPS, please choose a shipping method from a carrier that services your address.

What is "FedEx Home Delivery" shipping?

FedEx Home Delivery shipping option is recommended when your address is not serviced by USPS; or when you prefer FedEx as your shipping carrier.

I just placed my order. When will it ship/arrive?

Most orders typically require 1 business day handling to ship out. Our cutoff time is 10AM EST. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select.
* Delivery date for free/flat rate/FedEx Home Delivery shipping is only an estimate and not guaranteed unless guaranteed shipping service was purchased during checkout.

I'm in a rush. Can I get my order sooner?

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping charges vary depending on your destination zip codes and package weight. Cut-off for expedited shipping is 10AM EST Monday-Thursday. Please note there is no weekend delivery for expedited orders.

How do I track my order?

You will receive emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the order status page when logging into your Snackathon account. You can also email customer service at hello@SnackathonFoods.com Monday – Friday, and we will be happy to provide tracking information.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Can I order over the phone?

All orders must be placed online, but if you have any product questions, you can reach us at hello@SnackathonFoods.com, and a representative will get back to you in 24 hours Monday – Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your order, you have the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order (except for expedited orders). To cancel your order, please visit your order status page and select cancel option if available.
If your order was placed more than 2 hours ago, please reach out to our customer service at hello@SnackathonFoods.com Monday – Friday. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request; but it is possible that your order will have been processed and our intervention will not be successful. In this case you will still receive your package and we are unable to process a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

How do I know when a product is back in stock?

You can sign up your email on the product page so that you will be notified when your favorites are back in stock.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit card companies: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. View our full policy here.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Most returns take about 5-10 business days to get back to our fulfillment center. Your return will be processed/inspected within 3 business days once we receive it.
If a refund is issued to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your credit card company, the refund should be posted on your statement/account within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund processing times are dictated by your card issuers and are outside our control. If you wish to expedite the process, please contact your card issuers.

What is Snackathon Rewards?

Snackathon Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows any registered customer to earn points with every purchase on Snackathon Foods.

How do I earn Snack Points?

You can earn Snack Points for different actions, and turn those Snack Points into awesome rewards. For example, 2 Snack Points for every $1 spent; 75 points when you sign up for a Snackathon account, etc.
* Shipping charges, taxes or discounts are excluded.

How do I check my Snack Points?

First log into your Snackathon account online and then click on Snackathon Rewards widget on the bottom right screen. Your Snackathon Rewards widget will pop up and you can find your points on the top left corner on the widget.

How do I redeem my Snack Points?

Go to "Ways to Redeem" on Snackathon Rewards widget to get your coupon code. Copy the coupon code and paste it on the payment page during checkout.
* $2 Coupon for 200 Snack Points.
* $8 Coupon for 500 Snack Points.
* $20 Coupon for 1000 Snack Points.
* $50 Coupon for 2000 Snack Points.
