Agar has been used in the Far East for centuries and is referred to as Agar-Agar. Can be used to make a gelatin with water or fruit juice.
Snackathon always has the best price on products and this was a great price for a reasonable free shipping minimum (other sites by comparison would be like $100 or $150 for free shipping which is extremely inconvenient when you need to buy a smaller item like this)
